Shared Responsibility

For on-premise deployments, security is a shared responsibility between RocketAiFlow and the customer.

RocketAiFlow is responsible for the software it provides, the documentation, recommended configurations, and product updates made available to the customer.

The customer is responsible for the environment where the software is installed, including infrastructure, access control, credentials, network security, backups, telephony, provider accounts, logs, retention, and operational monitoring.

Support Access

RocketAiFlow support access to customer data, systems, or environments occurs only when agreed for troubleshooting, configuration, or services requested by the customer.
