Data Protection
This page summarizes the current data protection position for customer-managed deployments.
Customer Production Data
In the default on-premise model, customer production data remains in the customer’s environment. The customer controls contact data, call records, recordings, transcripts, prompts, workflow data, integrations, and provider accounts used in its deployment.
RocketAiFlow Data Processing
RocketAiFlow may process limited personal data in connection with website use, contact requests, support communications, diagnostics shared by the customer, remote support approved by the customer, hosted demos, or optional managed services.
Providers
Customer-selected hosting, telephony, AI, speech, CRM, monitoring, and integration providers are controlled by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cookies and Analytics
The documentation site uses necessary browser storage for interface preferences, such as theme and language behavior. Optional analytics uses Google Analytics 4 only after the visitor accepts analytics cookies.
The analytics consent choice is stored in local storage under raf_analytics_consent. If analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set standard GA4 cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure documentation traffic and selected interaction events. If analytics is rejected, the GA4 script stays off.
No advertising, remarketing, or social media tracking pixels are intentionally enabled on the documentation site.
